GEILE SACHEN BAUEN is an Innovation Engineering framework.
STEP 1 - IGNITION
In the first session, project framework and goals are set within the core group.
STEP 2 - INNOVATION
In a Design Thinking innovation workshop, a common concept is developed with all stakeholders. This is the first draw of a "GEILE SACHE".
STEP 3 - REQUIREMENTS
A requirements workshop everything is set so the "executers" can start working: Clear project goals, item descriptions, dependencies, teams, timeline and financial resources are set.
STEP 4 - GEILE SACHEN BAUEN
Then it's time to build! GEILE SACHEN BAUEN. Here the teams meet and execute. Hardware, Software, Videos, whatever needed to make the product nice.
STEP 5 - TESTING & ITERATION
After the prototype is build, it's tested for first feedback. Like in SCRUM sprints, the solution is then tested again and iterated according to the project plan.
